Michael Udesky
Creative Director

As the current global Creative Director at Alorica (for 10 years now), I run an international team of extraordinary animators, graphic designers, video editors and copywriters. We create engaging promotional videos, social media content, fact sheets, infographics, case studies, web design — whatever is needed, externally or internally, for our over 100K employees in 18 countries supporting 200+ clients (Yes, probably the largest 2 billion dollar B2B company you’ve never heard of!).

The latest onset of AI tech allows us creatives to elevate our narrative storytelling potential, but like all creative tools, Gen AI must be employed smartly and strategically. It should be organic, seemless, undetected: where it purely enhances the viewer’s experience, not overwhelms and pulls them out.

In my role reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, I deliver projects aimed at attracting and retaining clients across industries and talent around the world.

Before my Creative Director life, I was a TV and film writer where I had the honor of writing the Fox Searchlight Comedy Feature film, Garage Days, that came out in theaters in the 2000s. (Official Selection of The Sundance Film Festival.) I also wrote episodes of the CBS procedural dramas Criminal Minds and NCIS LA.

I believe the best content is achieved, regardless of the medium, when collaboration runs deep and bold ideas are encouraged. - January 2026
